Interested in Linux, BSD, and Free Software? Whether you're already an enthusiast or want to learn more, come and join the Philadelphia Linux Users Group for an evening of technology talk and microbrewed beer.
We will be meeting from 7:00 pm until everyone feels like leaving. We hope to have more "PLUG West" events in the future, so if you'd like to see more Linux happenings in the Western suburbs, please join us and make your voice heard.
Our agenda for the evening is simple:
1.0: Introductions 2.0: PLUG West kick-off: meeting topics and potential locations 3.0: General Linux and Free/Open Source Software discussion and Q&A {0,1,2,3}.5: Beer!
If you plan to attend, R.S.V.P. is requested but not required. (We'd like to have an estimate of how many people to expect.) Just drop an email to rsvp@phillylinux.org.
The Drafting Room - Exton Colonial 100 Shoppes and Offices 635 N. Pottsdown Pike Exton, PA 19341
The Drafting Room is on the east side of PA Route 100, just north of Ship Road. They have a GREAT assortment of beer, with around a dozen microbrews on tap and over a hundred bottled varieties. They also have a beer engine to serve cask-conditioned real ale.
Driving instructions to The Drafting Room are available elsewhere on our website.
Is public transportation more convenient for you? We can arrange a ride from and to the Septa R5 Exton station. If you would like a lift (or would like to offer a lift to someone else), be sure tell us in an email to rsvp@phillylinux.org.
